The Virginia Dermatology Society is excited to host its 2026 Annual Meeting from October 2 - 4, 2026 at the beautiful Homestead Resort in Hot Springs, VA. We expect over 150 dermatologists to attend from all areas of the Commonwealth!

Your company is extremely important to our profession and we would like to cordially invite you to showcase your products and services. This year’s meeting offers you an excellent opportunity to make sales, widen your exposure and stimulate repeat business.

Educational Sessions will once again be held on Friday afternoon, Saturday morning and Sunday morning. Ample break time to visit with vendors will be included in the schedule. All conference breaks will be held with the vendors. Participants who visit all vendors will be entered into a raffle for a chance to win great prizes!

As a reminder, Product Theatre opportunities are limited and will be assigned strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. Companies must be a meeting exhibitor (Silver - $3,000, Gold - $4,000 or Diamond - $7500) to sign up for additional opportunities (including hosting a Product Theater). We encourage interested companies to review the Exhibitor Prospectus in advance so you are prepared to register promptly when the registration form becomes available on Thursday, February 26 at 9:00 am.

For companies who wish to pay by check or ACH Transfer, specific instructions will be found on the registration form and are included below so you can become familiar with them prior to registering when the form goes live.

• Please note that the prices listed on the form include credit card processing fees. The pay by check/ACH prices are listed on the Exhibitor Prospectus
• At the end of the product list use coupon code PAYBYCHECK. This will allow you to bypass the credit card payment system
• Select submit at the bottom of the form
• After you submit, we will send an invoice for the correct amount - please make payments within 30 days.
